Half Training Schedule
This year’s project is to run in the Country Music Half Marathon in Nashville in April. As always, I researched the topic as soon as I signed up, and found that there is not much information to give me a half training schedule. So I put one together based on input from the sources I could find, combined with my own training experience.
The result is a new web site called Half Training Schedule and it includes a blog. I can see that with the demands this new site will place on me for managing it, including a newsletter service, I shall have even less time to post to this blog. So I have added an RSS feed from the blog page to help you to see if there is anything in the blog of interest.
Meanwhile, why not check out the site at http://halftrainingschedule.com? Even if you don’t plan to run a half, the training schedules there are beneficial for fitness and health runners, like me, as opposed to competitive athletes. (I’m assuming that if you are reading this, you are not a competitive athlete!)
